Why am I still awake? Even though it's not super late, I'm sleepy and have nothing better to do so I should be in my bed with its super soft jersey T-shirt feeling sheets and comfy eggshell pad thing over my mattress (but under my sheets because if it was over my sheets I would probably stick to it).
Last night I tried to sleep on the side of my bed instead of in the center, just for a change, but it was not comfortable at all. My body uncontrollably slid into the center of my bed. Maybe my mattress caves in at the center. Maybe I need I new mattress.
I need the motivation to write my last paper ever for high school.
Tomorrow is my last day of high school. No more high school for Allison after tomorrow afternoon. That's weird. I don't have to take any finals! That's some of the beauty of my school, seniors get out in the beginning of May and they don't have to take a final in any class in which they have an 83% or higher. Boo ya.
Oh and my AP English class was first hour and after we take the AP test we don't need the class anymore, so after the AP test I haven't had to come to school until second hour. It's only for a couple days but it still rocks. Boo ya Grandma.
I went to the Art Institute today instead of going to school because the art history class took a field trip there and I went with them. Inspiration galore. I enjoy that museum. I've only been there twice. I plan to go a lot during the summer. Free Tuesdays, holla back Grandmas. I also looked at the construction of Millenium Park, which is up the street from the museum, because my friend Matthew's favorite architect designed it, and Matthew was at the museum today so about 6 of us wandered off to look at the progress. We were just there a couple weeks ago, and we saw some new stuff this time like a really cool walkway that I can't explain how it looks and I'm writing a lot of run on sentences. Boo ya Grandmother.
There's a big black spider in the office (or study or den, but I prefer the term office because den makes me think of bears or a basement in the 70s, and study makes me think of guys who wear white curly wigs). So this big black spider, it was scurrying underneath some papers on the floor earlier, but now I don't know where it is and it's creeping me out and I'm rambling a lot and this was a pointless and boring entry so now I'm going to bed. Goodnight.
