Washington University is stalking me! Honestly, I get something from that college almost everyday. I've never showed interest in that school and I've never responded to them, but they keep sending me stuff. They sent me an early application because of the "eager interest" I've shown in them! What interest? I'm not going to your overpriced school, get off it. Rghd.
Last night I went to New Community. It was an all worship service, Chris Tomlin led worship. It was good. I like him. They did the Happy Song, and the bass player played harmonica while he was playing bass. We do the Happy Song in chapel, and it would sound so much better in chapel with a harmonica. So I said that afterwards if the band talks to people I'll ask him if he can quickly give me the gist of how to play that song.
When it was over, they said they'd be in Seeds if anybody wanted to talk to them. Rachel and I went to the bookstore, and there's a line to an open area where the band is hanging out with people. We saw my mom in the middle of the room talking to the drummer, and then we saw another way to get in the room without waiting in line, so we just walked in. A guy was talking to the bass player for a long time, so Rachel and I just stood around waiting, and when the guy was done we went over and talked to him. I told him that I was attempting to teach myself harmonica and we do the Happy Song in chapel, and Rachel asked him if he could spout off the chords. He started talking about how you play the harmonica in different keys and read the notes and I felt smart cos I knew what he was talking about, and then he said it'd be easier if he could write it out for me. I had my bulletin, but I didn't have a pen. He whipped a pen out of his pocket and started writing down the notes to the song on the back of my bulletin! Then he had a mental block so he asked us to hang out for a bit while he thought about it, and people were coming up to him and asking him to sign their cds and what not, and then he walked back over to Rachel and me and showed me the notes and explained how to play the song! I wasn't at all expecting him to write it out for me, he was so nice! Check it out, I'm saving this bulletin forever. Or until I lose it.
I'm getting my wisdom teeth pulled August 4. Hopefully nothing will go wrong and they won't leave a root tip behind, that's what happened to Laurel and she went to the same guy that I'm going to. Dr. Finger. It should be fine, he did a good job when he extracted my mom's, Toby's, and Amberly's wisdom teeth; and Melody's mom works for him, so I'm not worried.
Lately when I've been going on the internet, this little box pops up periodically that says "Acces is denied." I'm paranoid that someone (my dad) is monitering what I do on the internet. I don't think that box has ever popped up before, and it started popping up after my dad was on the computer on my setting. But it doesn't make any sense why he would do that, because basically all I do on the internet is check my email and go to diaryland. And the box doesn't do anything, it doesn't prevent me from going anywhere, I just close the window and carry on. It doesn't make any sense. This only contributes to my paranoia and conspiracy theories.
It's supposed to rain tonight. I love rain, I like the way it sounds when I'm lying in bed and it's falling on the roof. It's also fun to play in.
